- We train users of the product. We believe that if users of the products are properly informed they will use the product more efficiently and have fewer warranty issues. This is a form of delegating responsibility to the end user.
- We visit the OEM builders regularly and take note of their needs. Once a need is identified, we then act as “matchmakers” and find the best supplier/manufacturer to solve the problem and we use our infrastructure to support an ongoing partnership.
